Just Received. It looks solid and solid, but with no instructions or information. I can't get the plastic paneling off the door. If I'm having such a hard time taking it off, I know my wife can't take it off and put it on, so we don't have the option of locking the door if we want the cats to stay inside. Block in place and then apply sealant. Of course there is no seal in the box. If I was going to get in the car to caulk, I wouldn't order online. upset.
