I have Ordered better quality nameplates before but fore a much higher price. it's not a bad quality at all. I ordered a ten inch insert without any wood base because I had planned to make my own. I think the font was a little large for the size of the plate but that may have been my design mistake in choosing my font. I do think they could at least have a preview in actual size when designing and placing your order. The preview I got was millimeters big and I have vision issues bit at the preview size they offer I don't think anyone with 20/20 vision could even see it.
