Overview of various cutlery sets Gold

Hello prospective gold cutlery buyers! To save you all the trouble, I purchased: 1. Korean Onlycooker 18/10 Stainless Steel Chopsticks and Spoons, 2 Sets of Dinnerware, Tableware (Gold) https://www.amazon.com /gp/product/B06XWDQTVJ/2. Delight Cutlery Set 5 Piece Cutlery Set Heavy Duty Gold Cutlery 18/10 Stainless Steel Cutlery Includes Knife Spoon Fork Serving for 1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076N43Q22/3. Igoolee Gold Cutlery Set, 16-Piece Stainless Steel Cutlery Set for Home Kitchen or Restaurant, Serves 4 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071WVD6R2/4. Berglander Cutlery Set 20 Pieces Titanium Plated Stainless Steel Cutlery Set Gold Color Silver Cutlery Cutlery Set for 4 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07536QR2Y/5. Cutlery Set 20 Piece Set for 4, Titanium Coated Cutlery, 18/10 Stainless Steel Dinnerware Sets with Case (Rose Gold) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077M8GJXL/6. 20 Piece Silver Cutlery Set for 4 Stainless Steel Cutlery Includes Knife Fork Spoon Dishwasher Safe (Gold) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071GLYPC5/ (Link now only shows black) Looking for a rich gold color and a good weight, "Onlycooker" sets are great for long spoons and chopsticks (#1). I bought both gold and rose gold and the colors are saturated with a mirror shine. With the rest of the things (forks, regular spoons, teaspoons, butter knives, etc.) everything is a bit more complicated. Delight (#2) differs in weight and color, as well as overall quality. Shine and suppleness of the dishes. The only downside to admire is that the styling is pretty ugly and the utensils aren't balanced (they tend to be very heavy, and the "top" is the part you put in your mouth). Igolee (#3) is almost the same color, but there's just no weight, the harness seems very light. Also, there were more flaws in the finish than the Delight set, and the edges weren't as smooth. The only thing that makes the Igolee set different is the shape, which I feel is in some ways more aesthetically pleasing than the Deallight set. The Berglander set is basically the same as the Igolee set as it matches the rich gold color I was looking for but with all the same flaws (light can be felt and the finish seems to have more imperfections than Delight ). I ordered the rose gold set (#5) because I thought it was a really amazing polished gold color (the product contained both rose gold and a separate color called rose gold which I thought was more like polished color. ) . However, the set that arrived in the mail was only a rose gold color (it was marked "Rose Gold (Copper)" so I'm not sure if the color I saw online even existed. The sad thing is is that it was beautiful rose gold (just not what I'm aiming for) and had the best weight, balance and design of any cutlery piece I've looked at. If only the color was the gold I was aiming for! Unfortunately it looks like Gold color listed under the same product represents a different style based on the pictures. Interestingly, I noticed that the knife in the set Rose Golden (#5) is exactly the same as the knife in the set Deallight (just a different color because I ordered "Rose Golden" instead of gold) I didn't want to unpack all the cutlery and take pictures and then pack it all back up, but I've attached photos of the top two sets for comparison: Deallight Se t (gold) and a set of "Rose Golden" (brand unknown). Deallight already It's not close and I'd stick with them I haven't found a Rose Golden set that, although the wrong color, outperforms Deallight in every other way. So I haven't found the perfect gold cutlery set yet (other than chopsticks and long spoons) but when I do I'll try to remember to update this! I am also interested in golden napkin rings? I also bought these napkin rings to match the gold color if you are interested too.1. Alef Judaica Napkin Rings - Meticulously Polished Wide Forged Elegant Brass Rings - Set of 4 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01F9IEV7U/2. DII Napkin Rings for Wedding, Dinner, Party or Everyday Use, Set of 12, Hammered Gold https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006J1ZSLA/ They are very similar in color but I would say Aleph Judaica (No 1) has a slightly richer gold color and is better polished. #2 looks a little blurry in places instead of the nice mirror-like smoothness of #1.

Pros
  • Well balanced, fits securely in the hand.
Cons
  • Crumpled
