Review on 🔧 KYB KG5040 Gas-a-Just Gas Shock: Silver & White Performance Shocks by Tyler Fountas

I have a 220,000 mile Tahoe 02 that needed a 3rd shock change. I used to install KYB Monomax but compared to these they sucked. These throttle settings increased the "ground clearance" of the stock trucks, if not a little higher. The ride is very stiff but not springy like a typical pickup truck. I'm very excited to see what happens after about 1500 miles and after some serious testing on the cobblestone streets of central Mexico for a month. Update: After 3.5+ years and 40,000+ miles these front shocks appear to be working fine but the rear ones do. (some Bilsteins) are ready for replacement as the rear is really bouncy now. .
