not happy at all. for spare parts

The seller says for GMC Savana 1500 but they are not good at all. 2 weeks installation and the car again with the same problem. The car shakes like. these suspension shock absorbers are bs. I paid $300 to have them replaced and now I have to do it all over again!

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Negative impression

If you can find a way to make it work.

Big shock, but buying from Revain always comes with risks. My shock was missing the top washer and locknut it was supposed to come with. But for $15 I can't get too upset that it doesn't have all the details.

Pros
  • Looks good
Cons
  • Stupid

Great replacement for Smooth Ride's premium original shocks

Easy assembly and increased rigidity. They replaced the original 105,000-mile shock absorbers; They weren't bad, but the KYB brought the ride back to when the Tahoe was new.

Pros
  • Good stuff
Cons
  • The list will go on.

Don't even think about others.

Over the years I have tried different brands and styles of shock absorbers on many cars. This is by far the best I've had so far. They really adapt to the road conditions. At just over 100,000 miles, a big improvement over my Yukon XL 02. Ride height is back or better than factory with no effect on drivability.

Pros
  • Looking forward to it
Cons
  • Long wait

An improved train but available in two different colors.

High quality dampers and accessories. My 2003 Yukon XL no longer looks like a boat on choppy waters. There are no instructions, but many video tutorials. On the other hand, they come in two different colors - gray and white. No problem as you can hardly see them behind my tires.

Pros
  • New to my collection

Big Shocks on Shocks

I have a 220,000 mile Tahoe 02 that needed a 3rd shock change. I used to install KYB Monomax but compared to these they sucked. These throttle settings increased the "ground clearance" of the stock trucks, if not a little higher. The ride is very stiff but not springy like a typical pickup truck. I'm very excited to see what happens after about 1500 miles and after some serious testing on the cobblestone streets of central Mexico for a month. Update: After 3.5+ years and 40,000+ miles these…
