I like that it has so many different options for you, which is great because not everyone wants all these services in one program! They do have good customer service though as well if something does go wrong or isn't working right they are quick about getting back at me when needed - sometimes within minutes even!! The price can be expensive but there may also times where your insurance doesn’t cover everything (if its out-of network) You will want some sort of contract through them before deciding whether this works best fit what yuou need/want from an EMR system.- My biggest problem was being able too find things easily while searching my records since most places donot offer folders yet instead having tabs everywhere making finding certain files harder than necessary; however once i did figure how their search function worked better then ever now we use almost exclusively Medici Rx.
