Works with Windows 7 on non-UEFI motherboards. Anything new is a waste of time and money. This card is simply NOT compatible with newer operating systems or hardware. Unfortunately, I/O Crest customer support gave me a lot of useless advice on how to troubleshoot the setup to get it working. When I checked it in it was too late to return it to Revain for a refund. But the problem is, it wasn't actually defective. It's just that the card is simply NOT COMPATIBLE with modern computer technology.
