Excellent customer service

Our dog is very social and loves people! She goes for walks all the time. I didn't feel comfortable tying her up, but I didn't know what else to do since we don't have a fenced yard. It worked like a charm! She quickly learned to respect boundaries that we could set quickly and easily. Our collar stopped working and I contacted customer service and they quickly replied that they would send me a new collar. Thank you for the great customer service and top notch after-sales support!
