Easy to search for files and messages in your inbox
The ability of searching my emails easily from emails I receive or send through teams! It's really helpful when we are having meetings via emailing each other rather than meeting up physically which saves time & money as well!! Nothing so far but it seems like they're still developing features that would benefit us more (like better spell check).
Also their customer support could be improved upon sometimes - especially during weekends/holidays- because there isn't much staff at those times either. Definitely try this software out if anyone has been looking into something similar before now :) This helps me find important documents quicker by just clicking them instead waiting hours later trying different searches manually using google etc..
- Ability to search your own sent&received mails for any word you want in an easy clickable manner.
- No need internet connection while offline with full access even outside office area, i can view files without wifi too :)
- Not being limited per account only unlike Gmail where everyone gets 1gb storage limit unless paying
- Will fit
