Excellent software for medical office
It has all of our patient information in one place! So easy to access it via my phone or computer at work as well home when I'm not there anymore through their app with FaceBook integration!! Sometimes they have issues that can be hard such getting messages out about appointments but once you reach them everything is resolved quickly. Very good customer service team who are very helpful & friendly. ! Highly recommend this product if your looking into having an organized practice management system like we do!! Having everyone stay within 1 area helps keep track easier than trying different apps / systems etc which could cause confusion/misinformation between staff members working together especially during busy times! You will love how much more efficient things become now being able know what each member was doing before leaving so easily without going back thru emails ect :).
- I really like the software as well as the support team we utilize the support team and they always have good answers for us as well as support techs who are very friendly and fast to respond for any issues we have and it's an easy system to use
- Sometimes their tech team is a bit slow to respond but it's not a hard system to use!
