LuxUrux bath mat I don't usually comment on the products I buy, but I felt compelled to comment on this product! I almost broke my neck getting out of the shower as this rug skidded across the perfectly dry tile floor! It was dangerous because its poor quality rubberized base does nothing to keep it from slipping! I seriously thought the product should be withdrawn from sale! Having said this in my first review, I am now compelled to comment on what happened as a result of my review! Less than a few hours after posting my review, I received a message from the company's customer service saying "How can I help you and make it right?". I was surprised, both in the response time and in the offer! I replied by saying I want my money back! Shortly thereafter Jessica replied to my inquiry that there was no problem with the refund but she still wanted me to be happy so she explained that the product had been improved! She offered to send me a new rug to comment on and she felt I would be happy with that! I agreed, what can you say about such a service! I was very happy that she not only took care of solving the problem, but also made me happy! She refunded my money and sent me a new rug a few days later! I walked out of the shower on him again! Hooray! The new carpet didn't move at all, it stuck very well to the tiled floor! I am very happy to announce! I'm also sorry I didn't have a chance to comment on things like aesthetics and quality last time! So I will now! I really liked the color and finish of the rug, as well as the very soft pile! Yes I am very happy with the new carpet but I am more impressed with the service I received, not much to look at now! Thank you Jessica for your care and help!
