One of the best hunting knives I've ever owned.
I bought this knife after using the Havalon Piranta because I needed longer blades for slicing meat. I used the blades of a loin knife to cut the roast into stews and jerky. I've been very impressed with that so far. I would highly recommend these knives to all hunters. They're lightweight and razor sharp, and yes, they can be shaved. I'm hoping to work on the moose later this month and will post a follow up after I complete that task.
