Every Ubiquiti install I've ever done has always resulted in "Well, it kind of works." On one revision, a random manufacturer of a wireless device not right, then the next firmware version works fine, and in another it breaks down. There are currently serious issues with DHCP not working properly. I also have some units that have excellent throughput, but others are slower than molasses in January. You can just visit the support forums to see how bad the heartburn is. Finally, I have quite a bit of experience with Linux, but if you visit their support site and follow their "instructions" on setting up a controller on Linux, it doesn't work. You must download the customer-supplied installation script to install and run it. So don't be tempted by a long list of features at a great price. It is not worth.
