Good quality, almost feels like silicone or something but I doubt it. Personally, I've used the full length with 30A Anderson connectors on the ends to connect the large battery pack in my truck to the batteries in my camper trailer. Worked great for a 5 day weekend with lots of oven time. Obviously this cable is too thin if I was using an inverter in a trailer or similar. But my inverter is on a truck with a large battery pack. Not that I really use it other than to power Brightech Ambience Pro lights. Which, by the way, I can highly recommend. They use very little electricity do not flicker/strobe and emit a pleasantly warm light. The only thing to watch out for is that light bulbs break easily. I just put them back in the boxes when I break camp.
