Can highly recommend this product, it doesn't taste salty like other protein products, but tastes like pure vanilla. It also leaves no feeling of fullness and absorbs quickly. I understand that I am on a diet or need extra nourishment and feel lethargic. Usually before bed or after a hard workout.
