Update after 3 weeks of use: Unfortunately I have to downgrade this to 1 star. Initially I was very happy with the router, but after a few weeks of use it turned out to be very unreliable. The problem we face is that one of our devices loses access to the internet from time to time. It is connected to Wi-Fi but it says there is no internet. Other devices on the network are working properly. I've tried restarting the device, turning Wi-Fi on/off, deleting the network and adding it again and none of this fixes the problem. The only solution is to reboot the router - this works every time (which also shows that this is a problem with the router and not the device). The problem is that with over 20 connected devices in the house (smart TVs, phones, tablets, laptops, streaming sticks, smart outlets, smart sprinkler controls, gaming consoles, etc.) we have to reset the router every day when we need to reset it, it essentially disables the whole house until everything is restored (and this router takes a lot longer to restore than our previous router). To make matters worse, I went to the Netgear website and found out that they only offer support for 90 days. After that, the support has to be paid for. It's ridiculous when the standard in the tech world is 12 months. I really wanted to like this device but I'm afraid I'll have to return it.
