Review on 🍞 Elite Gourmet Maxi-Matic EBM8103B Programmable Bread Maker Machine: 3 Loaf Sizes, 19 Menu Functions, Gluten Free Options & More - 2 Lb Black by Philip Anderson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great improvement over my old bread maker, but maybe not for a beginner.

Received this to replace my old bread maker which was worn out. I didn't expect it to be better than my old car, but it is! First. It's only 2/3 the size of the machine but can produce a 2 pound loaf. It's nice when every centimeter of space on the worktop counts. The second improvement is that the machine blends on a gentler setting so ingredients don't fly around as often. And the final surprise is that the bread crust is much more even and has far fewer bubbles that make the crust too hard like my old machine. I don't know if it's due to the coating on the pan (which is very similar to my old pan) or maybe it's due to more accurate programming. I would suggest a combination of both. Now. Doubtful part. Management will not hold the newcomer by the hand. The instructions are suitable for those who have used the bread maker a few times, but I can imagine it can be intimidating if you have little or no prior experience. The pan rotates about 8 turns to lock and unlock. Something I've never seen before. The manual is clear though, so I don't think people should complain too much if they haven't read the quick start guide. I've noticed a lot of people complaining about customer service here, but I didn't have to contact them. so I can't talk about it. As a note. The manual repeatedly warns against using the exact recipes that are in it. Which is good for beginners. However, the machine did a really good job on my homemade recipe and was also very forgiving that I forgot to change the weight of another loaf from 1.5lbs to 2lbs. Both breads turned out even better than on my old machine. I am very happy with the car.
