I haven't used it yet because I'm having a hard time inserting the bread mold. After several tries, I'm able to put it back on and latch it, but it's tricky and the Maxi-Matic website won't answer your questions unless you pay the $5 (refundable fee). I don't care if it can be returned, I'm not paying to have my questions answered about your product. This is bad business. Received this to replace my old bread maker which was worn out. I didn't expect it to be better than my old car, but it is! First. It's only 2/3 the size of the machine but can produce a 2 pound loaf. It's nice when every centimeter of space on the worktop counts.
