I have this to bake gluten free bread. I wasn't expecting much flavor, but I certainly wasn't expecting a deformed white boulder with a sticky center. I contacted the company online via chat. A REALLY frustrating and insane creation. The person kept asking me the same question after I answered it. My question was never answered and then I was redirected to the technician's page without my consent. I couldn't tell her that I didn't want to be transferred. The site said I had to pay $5 to speak to a tech! I do not think so! Sent that idiot back to Revane. Also, the non-stick inner coating looked like a very thin coating, possibly Teflon, which I wasn't expecting and found suspicious from a toxicological point of view as it looked brittle and could be easily scratched.
