I haven't used it yet because I'm having a hard time inserting the bread mold. After several tries, I'm able to put it back on and latch it, but it's tricky and the Maxi-Matic website won't answer your questions unless you pay the $5 (refundable fee). I don't care if it can be returned, I'm not paying to have my questions answered about your product. This is bad business. I've read the manual a couple of times but it doesn't tell you exactly how to position the pan (straight or at an angle) before turning it clockwise to lock it in place. This shouldn't be that difficult, and I think it would be even more difficult if the pan was full of bread-ready ingredients. I really think it would be easier to bake bread by hand than messing around with a machine. Once you've baked the bread a few times, it's pretty easy - just a few minutes of actual work and the rest is just waiting for it to rise. save your money
