Review on 🦵 Opti-Kare KH317 Knee and Joint Physiotherapy Massager by Robert Decamps

I have had acute knee pain and red light has been helpful in the past so it looked promising. It wasn't sent before it was supposed to be delivered, strike 1. Upon arrival I assembled it immediately. The vibration works, but the light and heater do not light up. The start/stop button simply restarts the entire device. Revane sent me a replacement and she is doing the same. I contacted the manufacturer for troubleshooting a week and a half ago and received no response. I may have received 2 from the same bad batch but this is very disappointing.
