Tried to use for the first time yesterday, but can't either! I must be missing something because the description says "curl" but there is nothing to hold the hair when it's curled! Can only be used as a magic wand! I originally looked for curling irons with different sized tips as my hair is either short or medium (use a 1" barrel) but my barber took off a little more than I wanted so I decided to use a half inch. . Here I am at the hotel, going to a wedding and need to ruffle some ends! Thank goodness I brought some of my velcro rolls! When I got home I looked at my order to see the purchase/return date and the return date had already passed! Big! $43+ down the drain! I'm sure if you want a "magic wand" and you have long hair, you can get the results you want!
