This is my third and final TENS pick. It's honestly great. I had two others with flimsy little pads, too short wire, difficult control. It was so easy right out of the box. Big pads (and small wire pads if you prefer, but why). Arrived charged but charges easily. Attach the device to the pad, stick it on, press the center ON button and the + button to your desired strength and you're good to go. You will feel relief in less than five minutes. Stay for 30 minutes for a full treatment. I am ordering more for a friend. If you have serious injury issues I would take the device to your doctor or physical therapist to see what they recommend for tuning, but if they recommend TENS I would highly recommend this device for ease of use and value.
