A must for a long distance runner! I lean towards shin splints and my runner friend suggested I try the CEP compression sleeves. This is very helpful. I've been able to run 14+ miles without shin splints, but during a 3 mile run when I wasn't wearing them I felt my shin flare up so I wear them all the time now. It also seems to help with recovery. They can be difficult to put on and take off, but that's the nature of compression sleeves. There's little you can do! Wrapping the t-shirt around your ankles will protect your skin and get you used to rocking them. I will also say that the bottom hem chafed my ankle a bit. So if you have this problem, try wearing higher socks and pulling your sleeve over them. I will definitely buy more if needed and recommend them. !
