Review on EZLDLXKIT BRK Deluxe Diamond Sharpening Kit by Trevor Rodke

This may be a great sharpener but the manufacturer needs to spend some money to buy better/sturdier parts. The knife clip has 3 small screws that hold the knife and guide in place. I've had this sharpening system for 1.5 months and two of the three plastic heads on the pivot screws broke off exposing the screw heads and making them harder to turn. the instructions warn against over tightening. I tightened just enough to hold the blade in place. The most important thing when sharpening a knife is that the blade does not move at all. However, if the manufacturer stocks the system with cheap plastic head screws and you can't over tighten them, you will have a very difficult time getting a sharp knife edge. I also don't see anywhere on the internet where you can order and buy spare parts.
