"Telescope: consists of parts that slide into each other like the tubes of an articulated telescope and can thus be lengthened or shortened." By definition it is NOT TELESCOPE. I bought it because of these"features". It's really just a couple of short bars that you have to twist together and cannot be compactly stored unless you take them apart every time. I see they changed the wording. This only changes my rating to 3 stars because I hate poles that connect this way. Vacuum cleaner works perfectly.
