SECOND UPDATE: I have boxed up all the headlights and am going back to Revain as this seems to be the only way I am happy with these broken bulbs and one electrician said they weren't even safe with that much leakage into every area of the bulb. A $20 refund offer from a seller for a $59.99 item is unacceptable. UPDATE: Finally heard from the seller who offered Revain a $20 refund or return. Keep in mind that I do not have any packaging material to safely return these lamps. I protested for $30 which is half the cost and he said no. I finally agreed that $20 is better than picking up a mess to go back to Revain, but I still haven't gotten a response from the seller about $20. AGGRAVATING! My initial review: I was impressed with these lights after hanging them on our patio the weekend after Thanksgiving. There were many compliments from the neighbors and I liked that the lightbulbs didn't burn out or have to be replaced in winter weather. Note: We do not live in an area with snow storms etc. Our winters are fairly mild compared to most parts of the US. When I went out on January 2nd to remove the headlights and keep them for a year, I was shocked to find that each bulb was filled with rusty brown. Remember that each pear on the string was filled with brown "something". Not just a random lightbulb here and there. If at this price they looked almost new after only 4 weeks of use I wouldn't say a word but having disgustingly brown "whatever" in each bulb as if they were a year old instead of 4 weeks is ridiculous old. . I contacted the seller and heard nothing. At first I was so glad the packaging got scrapped so how do I send it back and is the 30 day return period already over? NOT HAPPY with what happened to the product and very unhappy with the lack of response from the seller.
