The specific controller I received from the seller was clearly used. I knew that before I bought it. Unfortunately, the battery that comes with the kit doesn't hold a charge, so you'll have to use regular batteries. There is also joystick drift which is very negligible. I know how to work so I can fix these things but I feel the seller acted disingenuously by not mentioning these issues. I'd just grab a new one if you're looking. They are worth the price for a fully featured model and this is a great controller.
