Installation was quick and easy which is good as there were almost no instructions included. It took a few minutes to connect the hardware, a little longer to find AAA batteries (not included) for the remote control, and I spent most of my time connecting it to my wifi. There's a learning curve with signing into Google Play (included) and downloading apps (some included). Only a 1m HDMI cable is included. So if you are using S-Video (Video/L/R) you will need an adapter if you don't already have one. Including a decent power supply. This gadget isn't in the same league as the Firestick or AppleTV, but it's cheaper and gets the job done. I even see a location for "Miracast" that I can't use. According to the reviews, I see that not everyone works normally right away, but mine worked. Your mileage may vary. If you need a fast and cheap TV IP solution, this might work for you. I like.
