Bottle came with the top snapped off and I lost 1/4 of the liquid in transit

Made my hair instantly softer (even dry). Unfortunately, the top snapped off the bottle in transit (it was in a bag in an envelope). I lost about 1/4 of the bottle during transit. The bag wrapped around the bottle was completely soaked with product, the bottle is sticky and wet and the pump is broken. I would've given a lot more stars if the product hadn't reached me in such poor condition. The price is decent, but I paid full price for 3/4 of a bottle.

Pros

Makes my hair look and feel great without weighing down.

Cons

My bottle was half empty when it arrived very disappointed for the money I spent
