Bottle came with the top snapped off and I lost 1/4 of the liquid in transit

Made my hair instantly softer (even dry). Unfortunately, the top snapped off the bottle in transit (it was in a bag in an envelope). I lost about 1/4 of the bottle during transit. The bag wrapped around the bottle was completely soaked with product, the bottle is sticky and wet and the pump is broken. I would've given a lot more stars if the product hadn't reached me in such poor condition. The price is decent, but I paid full price for 3/4 of a bottle.

  • My bottle was half empty when it arrived very disappointed for the money I spent

My Hair Seems Happier Without It

I'm a big Naturelab fan, but this product was a resounding "eh" from me (I bought this product directly from Naturelab, fyi). I've used the Repair line for a couple years now and had resounding success, so I was excited to try a new product. It smells lovely, like the rest of the line, and the foam is decadent and not sticky. However, that's about where the compliments end.It does seem like it helps it dry faster, but that seems to be at the expense of making my hair come out. extra dry and…

Works well! good for me

I could tell within a week of using this product that my very long, thick hair was healthier. Highly recommend! The foam application may not work well for those who prefer a traditional cream or oil formula.

This is amazing but not when I have received a bottle that is only partially full well lets say half empty . Thanks for attention.
