My kids love it. The youngest started with him. Senior switched from Tom's strawberry flavor at 3 or 4 years old without complaint. (Maybe my enthusiasm helped.) The taste is like a subtly tangy orange. sweet spices Fragrant. Smells like herbal tea. I found this toothpaste while looking for zinc for both "demineralized" teeth, as an appetite stimulant and as an alternative to fluoride. Those demineralized teeth have improved significantly, the problem has changed, but I've also been on a calcium supplement, so it could be one or both. I love the ingredients and prefer these minerals over fluoride for my kids.
