Returned. It was in three parts and try as I might I couldn't attach the cleaning part to the wand. There was absolutely no warping in the plastic to allow the parts to fit together. After struggling with it longer than I should have, I wrapped it up and sent it back. Let's see if I can find it in a local store like my first one. If I could assemble them they would be 5 stars because they work really well. I had to buy a new one as my first one was gone.
