Great product for non computer savvy staff members!!
It is easy for our church staff members who are not computer savvy at all! We have been using this program since we started in 2008 with no problems until recently when it has stopped working correctly about 3 times within 2 weeks of each other (no internet connection issues). I am sure that there will be an update coming out soon but if you do get stuck or need help please contact customer service as they seem very helpful!! Great product overall though - best price around from what i can tell- so worth trying even before buying any others just because its cheap enought now..
Pros
- Easy to use, reliable software & fast response time once contacted by tech support via their website/email address which does require phone number verification first..so much good documentation available online free trial period also helps people decide whether really would like something more expensive later down track too after initial experience wth new programs..etc etc...this one's awesome !!!! :)
