Shine, shine and softness

I have been using this product for about 20 years and I love how it leaves my hair shiny and silky. My hair is medium length and a 12 ounce bottle lasts about 9 months. I noticed that my order summary indicated that the item was handed over directly to the buyer. This was not the case. I wasn't home and the box was left outside my garage door as requested, so I'm not sure why it was reported as being given directly to me.
