Awesome little stereo amp! The sound quality is way above the price!

This Kinter amp is exactly what I was looking for and it sounds really fantastic! I needed a simple integrated amplifier to connect my CD player and portable high definition music player to in our laundry room (my wife and I do a lot of laundry). I tried this amp out with three sets of home speakers, first a pair of high end Magnepan MMG floorstanding speakers, then a pair of high end Polk Audio Monitor 10s, and finally a small pair of Micca MB42X's that I'll have in The Laundry Room. I've tried the amp with pricier speakers (as I'm a longtime audiophile) just out of curiosity to see how good it is. I've tried all types of music from rock, jazz, classical, neo flamenco and latin guitar and the verdict is that despite the lowest price this is a fantastic amp! The detail and timbre of this amp is very natural and drives my speakers to a very good sonic level with more than enough "punch" in the bass frequencies. It's also a very quiet amp, with no noticeable hiss between songs. It is very good! Note that this Kinter amp doesn't sound as good as my McIntosh or Fisher 500C tube receiver, but it comes close in many ways! This is a "musical" amp, especially for a "Class D Tripath" unit and from what I've read this is the one to go for as it has better circuitry compared to cheaper ones and a real one internal heatsink. Class D devices were produced. In summary, I have to say that this amplifier far surpasses its meager price in terms of sound and makes me smile. I know most people say "you get what you pay for", but this amp sounds way more expensive than it actually is and is one of the best audio deals out there today! Especially for those who want to build a super cheap stereo system "on top of the cheap one". Now for under a hundred bucks you can buy an amp like this and a pair of great sounding inexpensive speakers like the awesome Dayton Audio B652 Airs (with ribbon tweeter) and be in audio heaven! My only minor gripe is that the volume/treble/bass controls feel very cheap and a bit flimsy. I wish Kinter would offer aluminum handles instead of cheap plastic ones, but at this price point, that's not a problem for most people.
