I bought this unit on September 17th and didn't realize I only had a month to return or replace it. For some reason I still haven't been able to open it. Before using it, I read the manual and watched a video on how to use it, but it didn't work. I think it's missing parts sucking as shown in my video, nothing happens to my bag when I try to use the humidify function. Although I did something wrong I tried another bag and another dry and handmade but still no luck. And the worst thing is that I have no way to request a replacement since the return date was October 17th. This is the worst customer service. I hope the seller will get back to you and offer a free replacement. I am happy to return the defective vacuum sealer.
