Man my fingers are longer than most but not by much. Anyway, these gloves are good for oven heat issues, but won't hold a fairly hot item for too long. Attractive, easy to find and well made. But for me with longer fingers, the thumbs are too long. I slide my hands into the glove as much as possible, leaving my thumb an inch empty. This doesn't work as well when you're picking up hot items from the oven, or especially a pull-out rack or hot flat pan. I will most likely not leave them and order something else, but this topic is not really easy to deal with on the Internet. Unfortunately, it's best to customize in-store.
