The instructions are a bit misleading. Please be aware that, despite the instructions saying that the middle and bottom basket are identical, this isn't true. There is a bottom, middle and top. I had to disassemble and redo because of this. Also, the recommended bit size is far too large for the provided anchors and screws. I was lucky enough to have wood at the top two holes, otherwise this would have fallen down. It would be wise to use your own toggle bolts. It's frustrating that, for the price, the mounting hardware is so cheap. It does seem pretty sturdy but only if you use your own mounting supplies. Otherwise, best for lighter duty. One more thing to keep in mind. I hung this to line up with my upper kitchen cabinets. I didn't think this through before putting holes in my wall. I'm only 5'1" and can only reach into the lower basket. I opened the front of the second basket so it could be used as a shelf. The top basket.well I'll have to come up with something decorative or very rarely used. Keep this in mind when considering how high you want to hang this. On the bright side, the seller included a nice thank you note that made me smile. They seem very willing to assist with issues.
