Waste of money good for me

It’s a waste of money. I bought this to keep the garden hose that supplies my RV thawed. We have had 3 nights of weather in the 20s. As soon as the heater turns on. It pops the circuit breaker. I changed the extension cord, went to different electrical outlets. It doesn’t matter. It still pops the circuit breaker.

The cable is very stiff, but good quality.

I do have it.Just never used it yet...Still in packageMoney well spent...Eventually
