I've been using another brand's protein powder (grass-fed whey) for a long time and recently realized I may have a casein sensitivity, so I switched to PurePaleo. When I first used it, I put in the recommended full scoop and had to gulp down my smoothie - way too sweet! Now I use half a scoop and it's ok. It's too early to tell if I need to stick with this particular protein powder, but I'd say it's a great alternative for someone in my situation. As for some of the complaints I've seen in other reviews about properly diluting PurePaleo, I've had no trouble adding it to my drink, but I use Nutri-Bullet, which works like magic. I don't have any trouble cleaning it either, as long as I take the mug straight to the sink and give it a good wash.
