I love it when kitchen utensils make life easier and thereby make cooking fun, which rekindles my passion for home cooking. I'm getting tired of making breakfast because I HATE trying to flip an overly simple egg with a big, stupid, bulky spatula. This is the solution and it's everything I was hoping for. I made some of the most perfect eggs this weekend and now I'm cracking eggs left and right just to flip them. It's like turning the world upside down and then cracking open the most beautiful golden egg yolk that invigorates and drips down your chin. I haven't flipped anything with it, but when eggs flip just as easily, how can it not handle a tender piece of fish or a nice thick burger in a cast iron skillet?
