Low battery, best for security and surveillance applications
I used to love them until I realized that the sensors don't work at night if you have at least one cloudy day! I'm in Florida where it's light most of the time and these things are totally unreliable for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, I like the idea of the sensors.
- 1/2 MIL WIRELESS TRANSMISSION RANGE. Solar motion sensor picks up alerts up to 1/2 mile away (actual range will vary by location). This is a great solution even if you need to monitor a large perimeter or property. The sensor uses advanced wireless transmission technology (FSK+FHSS) to avoid interference from wireless signals from other devices.
