Review on Schott Zwiesel Forte Collection Stemless Wine Glasses – Set of 6 Universal/Cocktail Tumblers, 19.1-Ounce, Tritan Crystal Glass by Joe Lara

***UPDATE 11/24/19. I've had these glasses since February and love them as much as I did when I wrote the original review. None of them broke or broke with regular use, including a dishwasher. Can't recommend enough! I've been a loyal Riedel user for over a decade, but I'm tired of often having to replace them after they break. They are beautiful but lack the durability to be a practical everyday glass. I like to wash my glasses in the dishwasher and they often broke when something hit them. Also, they always came out cloudy after a rinse. I have read reviews of these glasses that I had never heard of before. Several restaurateurs have praised the virtues of these glasses, calling them the perfect balance of form (still thin and elegant) and function (titanium in the glass makes them noticeably more durable). Well folks, they were right. I am delighted with these glasses! The lip is a bit thicker than the Riedel or Spiegleau and I was happy to find it just as thin. Overall, the glass is heavier than Riedel's - you can tell when you hold it in your hands that it's stronger. It feels great in the hand and on the lips, and as a side bonus, they come out of the dishwasher totally crystal clear for some reason - no haze. This glass in particular is ideal if you only need one set - the size fits both red and white. The size of the glass was very important to me when ordering, so I've included some photos in case anyone else wants to get an idea of the size. I have tiny hands, FYI. Overall, I highly recommend this glass. I'm a Schott-Zzweisel fan for life!
