We are very happy with the service we received from AutoNation.
Implemented our tow book into towbook management system. They have great staff who respond to every request within 24 hours. Our account manager is amazing, he helps us get anything fixed or improved. Tows are updated and handled efficiently. Customer service has been awesome! When i first purchased my vehicle from them they gave me no warranty because I had previously filed an insurance claim against it. After calling customer service twice they eventually gave me full coverage back again! Great work guys! Thank you so much!!
Pros
- Excellent communication, responsiveness, and willingness to help.
- We needed to move a few cars out of storage to make room for new inventory and they came through when we asked them to!
- They offer flexible payment plans to fit anyones budget!
Cons
- There is no contract option
- Their website is not easy to navigate, nor is their phone support.
- The software is not very intuitive, especially for someone who is new to salesforce
