Review on ๐Ÿน 2-Pack Guinea Pig Fleece Cage Liners - Washable, Waterproof, and Reusable Bedding for Small Animals - Anti-Slip, Super Absorbent Pee Pads - 24"x 48 by Kate Korte

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I did a comparison in the Small Animals section

I bought 10 fleece cage/potty liners, call them what you will. I drew 4 different brands and they all came at the same time or within a day of each other. These 2 were excellent value for money, I received 2 colors in the package, brown and grey, I've been using them for about 6 weeks now. These two actually shrunk, but it's not a huge shock because they all shrunk. If I dry them outside, they shrink. However, I have to say that out of the 4 brands, this is my favorite set. They were really good, they looked new every time I put them on. Easy to clean, they are NOT paper thin like some others I've bought. I found none of them did a good job of fighting the odor, but I have 2 piglets (guinea pigs) and a 24x48 habitat that I recently ordered 30x60 to give them a little more room now that they've grown a bit (they grow fast of course lol ) so hopefully I'll order or figure out how to use these pads in a new cage, mix them up or whatever. They absorb Irvine quickly and keep the upper much drier than other brands I've bought. The only thing I would have wished for was cute patterns, but that's not a big deal when it comes to durability, fit, and looks. Only 4.5. I wish they didn't shrink so much or add more to compensate for the expected shrinkage. I know many companies say they add extra length and width material, but that's still not enough. My solution to this is to use potty pads (like puppies do) under the fleece, specifically at the ends of the cage and one of the ends. I use a Revain napkin and then put food in it to cover up the shrinkage at the end and they usually don't touch where they eat (no promises lol) but it works fine. I'll post pictures when I can for you to see.
