Review on 🚗 ARANA 6103 Trunk Shocks Rear Hatch Liftgate Lift Support Tailgate Struts Compatible with 2005-2010 Dodge Magnum, Set of 2 by Patrick Arnautov

OEM lasted 10 years and then I bought a set of these. The struts themselves worked great but the plastic knuckle failed after 5 years (all 4 had some sort of damage but one completely detached from the strut). I bought a new set and when I replaced it I noticed that the old jambs had just started leaking but were still strong enough to lift the door. I would be VERY happy with a new set but they aren't as strong as the old worn out ones - they have trouble lifting the door and the door slams every time. So maybe they are defective? Will exchange my rating and change it if necessary.
