When I received this product, opened the packaging and saw the superb quality of this superbly made aluminum oxide sharpening stone, I knew it was superb quality. This stone comes in a beautiful finished wooden box. I would say it looks nice that you could probably use a whetstone for decoration. It is excellent quality, it has sharpened all knives of all grades and lengths, it is simply excellent quality, exquisite. It turned all my dull knives into brand new sharpened knives! I love it! My knives are so sharp. If you are a beginner, strongly suggest watching a YouTube video to learn how to use it properly if you are new to sharpening stones.
