Has a PSI switch so when pressurized it shuts off the pump until you turn on the faucet. GREAT. hope it lasts They tend to put the WORST anti-corrosion coating on these things. They last about a year (in the marine environment) and fail. A bit like pre-planned obsolescence, but more like "just keep buying it and let's get on with it". Salt water flows on one side and exits on the other. What's not to like?
