Update 4/15/21 The seller contacted me about my problems with the camera and offered another camera at his expense to solve any problems I encountered am. I am happy to change my low rating to a perfect rating. After getting a new camera today, I was able to connect the camera to my phone and take photos and videos through my phone. I can also erase/remove and format the memory card from my phone and the app that comes with the manual. I can't wait for the evening! Haven't figured out all the features yet as I just got home with it. I could never get it to send anything to my phone or email. The night vision was much shorter than advertised. We have a street light that illuminates the area well, but the camera doesn't work in that area. The instructions that came with the product were very vague and completely useless.
